Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner
Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or solutions
Upsell or cross-sell products to meet sales targets
Resolve customer complaints and ensure satisfaction
Process orders, returns, and account updates
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in CRM systems
Follow company guidelines and meet performance metrics (sales, response time, customer satisfaction)

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or call center roles preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities
Comfortable with sales targets and performance goals
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Reliable internet connection and a quiet home workspace

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in remote or work-from-home roles
